azItala Yoga classes are designed for anyone wanting to learn yoga. We focus on the principals of yoga, foundations of postures, joining movement to breath, alignment and modifications to suit all practitioners.
This class will clear away stress, provide healing and ready you for the Month ahead.
This class will move through 20-30 minutes of "static-hold" postures working on strength and flexibility. The class will move into 30-40 minutes of Restorative postures working on the same muscle groups to find length and flexibility while resting and being supported in longer more passive holding positions.
Length: 60 minutes
Benefits: work on flexibility, stretching, relaxation, realignment, depth of mind and healing
Pace: Slow.
Who: All Levels welcome, this is a class that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed every time!

New yoga class infused with essential oils-
Each class will have a combination of oils used throughout the class- with poses that associate to the therapeutic benefits of the oils. The class will be 40-50 minutes of poses with the oils diffused during class and we will apply oils to specific application points during class and where you can speak to the instructor after class about whether internal use is recommended, and how to use aromatically during your practice.
Length: 60 minutes
This class will move through any number of combinations of warm up, sun salutes, inversions, balance or a posture class that will connect your breath with the postures, work core, and deepen your practice, focusing on the fundamentals of postures, the class will be combined by slower moving postures that might include restorative, yin or meditation postures designed for deep opening and healing
Length: 75 minutes
Benefits: work up heat, strength, flexibility and metabolism.
Pace: Slow.
Who: All Levels welcome, modifications will be offered to suit all practitioners

This class will challenge you with a warm up, sun salutes, inversions, balance and a posture class that will connect your breath and keep you moving, work core, and deepen your practice, focusing on the flow of postures.

Here's our youth policy, to ensure everyone has a chance to practice yoga and experience its benefits safely!
All persons, 13 and older, are welcome to join any class, any day. (13 to 15-year-old practitioners need to be accompanied by an adult).
Yogis, ages 10-12, are welcome in any Beginners Class, when accompanied by an adult (these pre-teen practitioners can graduate into full practice after attending 12 Beginners Classes, at which time they may attend any class at any time, when accompanied by an adult).
Kids, ages 5-9, are welcome in our Sunday Kids' Class.
