With over a decade of my personal yoga practice, my journey took a transformative turn when I began to learn the history and traditions of yoga when I stepped into Azitala in 2022. Driven by curiosity and a desire to deepen my understanding, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2024. For me, yoga is a practice of patience, forgiveness, and acceptance, embracing the version of yourself that steps onto the mat each day. It is a sacred ritual and journey, helping to dissolve blockages and achieve harmony by connecting the mind, body, and spirit through breath, movement, and meditation. My teaching intention is to guide others towards a deeper awareness, appreciation, and peace in their own journeys. I look forward to meeting you on the mat and inspiring you to enhance your connection between mind, body, and spirit.

HOT- Active Flow
This class will challenge you with a warm up, sun salutes, inversions, balance and a posture class that will connect your breath and keep you moving, work core, and deepen your practice, focusing on the flow of postures.
- Length: 60 minutes
- Benefits: work up heat, strength, flexibility, metabolism and conditioning.
- Pace: Moderate to active.
- Who: All Levels welcome, modifications will be offered to suit all practitioners
- Assure hydration before class.

HOT- 75 Min YIN/Restorative
This class will challenge you with a YIN style static holds, tissue lengthening and stretching postures that will connect your breath and keep you feeling stable, build flexibility and focus on deepening your healing. All this and concluding with a combination of Restoration and sheer blissful rest!
- Length: 75 minutes
- Benefits: stretching, flexibility, metabolism and healing.
- Pace: Moderate to slow.
- Who: All Levels welcome, modifications will be offered to suit all practitioners

WARM- Lunar Sound Bath
Join us on Mondays for Lunar Sound Baths!
Inspired by the Moon’s cycles, this class is designed to immerse you in the healing vibrations of sound, helping you set the tone for the week ahead. It encourages reflection, recharging, and realigning with your inner rhythm.
The session will begin with a grounding meditation to release the stress of the day and center your energy. As the sound waves carry you into a deeper state of relaxation, you’ll be guided into to introspection and inner harmony. Each sound bath is thoughtfully synchronized with the current lunar phase, offering an opportunity to set intentions, reflect, and harmonize with the Moon’s cyclical energy.
What to expect:
Arrive in comfortable clothes with a mat
Blankets, bolsters, and other props are available to help you settle into the space
If you fall asleep, don’t worry - you will still soak up the benefits of the sound bath session
Please ensure you’re well-hydrated before and after class

HOT- Yoga Fusion
This class will challenge you with a combination of yoga flow and pilates to keep you moving, work core, and deepen strength while created flexibility. The focus will be on mixing disciplines to achieve a full body workout, like Monday Weights, Wednesday Yoga Fusion, and Friday Yoga Cardio.
- Length: 60 minutes

- Pace: Moderate to active.
