6-Week Kriya Seminar

This six-week seminar will take place Sunday afternoons, from 1-3 p.m.
During our Kriya Seminar, you will receive guidance on how to create and apply a Yoga Sadhana (daily 8-limb yoga practice) in your life.
The distinct object of Kriya yoga is to make a life change. This includes listening to the calls your body has been giving you for years, and — instead of pushing them down, or behind us, ignoring them, or not answering — finally listening and observing the inner light and messages within you, and trusting them as your true guide.
