ALL MORNING classes will be free to the public, no registration, classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis, arrive early.

Also note: first (25) people to sign up for Seminars will receive a new Azitala yoga tank "When in doubt, Sweat it out #azItala"

Seminars are $24 dollars each, however if you buy all (5) you will receive a free $15 drop in for yourself or to give away.


VISUALIZATION MEDITATION


DATE: FRIDAY,

SEPTEMBER 15TH

TIME: 4:00 TO 6:00 PM

Feeling stuck in your goals, need some down time to visualize, or some assist with accountability? We will start with a visualization meditation, and turn it into a board we can use to help us succeed in achieving our goals. Board and adhesives will be supplied, please bring magazines to share.

Yoga clothing isn't required, however it is in the hot room, and meditation on your mat is part of the event.



VINO-YASA

Who doesn’t like wine with yoga? That’s a thing you know! This class will leave you feeling energized with a full body wellness work out and you will enjoy some community and wine with snacks.  Remember to hydrate well before and during class, we'll take care of the hydration (wine) for you after class.


SHAKTI FLOW

Do you love to dance? Do you love music? Shakti is a very powerful, liberating style of yoga. Shakti is empowerment. Shakti Flow is a class based on combining yoga and dance with repetitive movement, in hopes we can learn to let go as individuals. The repetitive movement clears energy blockages, helping to rebalance the Chakras and Energy Channels of the body. Remember to hydrate before and during class.



FUSION

DATE: SUNDAY,

SEPTEMBER 17TH

TIME: 1:00 TO 3:00 PM

Have you always wanted to try 5:30 am Fusion with Shannon, but 5:30 am doesn’t work for you? Now you can see what all the fuss is about. A 90-minute class with Pilates core work, strength yoga, stretching and close with an essential oil foot rub. 1pm in the afternoon on Sunday!  Remember to hydrate before and during class.



LEARN TO MAKE KOMBUCHA

Kombucha is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks that are commonly used for their health benefits. Come and learn the benefits and get a demonstration on home brewing! A mini teaching class on how to make Kombucha, resources on where and what to us to make your Kombucha and even a chance to purchase starter kits
